Annie,
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your posts your effort is evident.
Thank you Drusesilla :)
Delete(I keep wanting to call you Dru because of friend of mine's name is Dhrunneane and we call her Dru and you remind me of her :)
That is what I am called by family and friends; please call me Dru.
DeleteHi Annie,
ReplyDeleteI love your additional resources. I especially took note of your book on multiple intelligences in the classroom. I am on that area of education in my education classes at the college and the students are really getting into it because they see a need to make sure to address in some way the intelligences of each child in order to help them be successful. Thanks for sharing that one!
I also appreciate that you included the link on Conscious Discipline. I had not heard of that before you posted it in your initial discussion and it is good to now have a link so I can take a closer look at it and possibly include it in many of my eduation courses I teach at the college.
Thanks for sharing! As always your enthusiasm for children and their learning shines through your web!!
Denise;)
Would you mind if I included some of your additional resources on my website as well? I want to keep them handy so I don't lose them and I think the web would be the best place.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Denise;)
Denise,
DeletePlease feel free to add them to your resources. I want to support you and your students in any way that I can so don't hesitate to ask :)
Annie P.
Your additional resouces provide alot of great information. I have studied mulitple intelligences before and they are really insightful when you are trying to learn about the personalities of the children in your classroom. I learned what mine were when we studied them in school. Thank you for sharing your resources.
ReplyDeleteAlways a pleasure Lindsey :)
DeleteAnnie P.
I believe that the United Way website is a great resource in any community because of what they do and the programs they have to serve their community. I did not think of it when I did my post but in the future I will make that informatin known. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your additional resources. I am curious about the, "Multiple Intelligence in the Early Childhood Classroom" book. I might have to purchase it. It really sounds interesting
ReplyDeleteRobin,
DeleteIt's a quick read but it has tons of information. It's definitely a good investment. If you go to www.frogstreet.com and type in the book title you'll be able to purchase it there. Glad I could help :)

Annie:
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all your additional resources However, the one that got my interest is "Conscious Discipline" by Dr.Becky Bailey.I immediately started researching how this would work in our classroom. I will use all these resources once I get the time to read them.
Sharon,
DeleteConscious Discipline changed my view on a lot of things. I hope it is as helpful to you as it was and continue to be to me.
